Hi sweetie, so nice of you to stop by for movie night...just posted the best part; what we watched...its been so long since I posted anything I forgot the best part :o)
I LOVE popcorn and it's my go-to "meal" when I don't want a big meal. The organic popcorn from Trader Joes is fabulous. I wish we had one of those machines when my kids were little. My neighbor has 3 sons and every Friday night that's their popcorn and movie night. They don't make a traditional dinner, they just make lots and lots of popcorn and spend family time. Popcorn brings people together, don't you think?
How cute is that??? We have family movie night that follows a spaghetti dinner once week. We are all usually to stuffed to eat popcorn! Have a great Sunday!!!
TERRY'S BACK! TERRY'S BACK! And now for my faithful viewing of your blog EVERY day you must tell me where that way-too-wonderful popcorn machine came from! Or better yet, I need it as a gift for being your most faithful follower :)
Well yes after the tongue lashing from all you gals Friday, I figured I had better start posting again...providing I have subject matter in my boring little life :o) Although after our discussion about why I stopped posting, I decided to "watermark" all my photos which I guess I should have done to begin with...a time consuming little task to say the least!
Anywho...here's the link to the popper...I saw it at "Street of Dreams" last August, which BTW I will be posting about with MY PICTURES!!!
One of our favorite activities is getting ten-toes-up and munching on popcorn with a good movie going! We cheat a little - just throw a bag of "movie theater butter" popcorn in the microwave and call it good!
Terry .. so great to see your post up on my Blog reader!! that popcorn machine is brilliant!! The Mr. has been looking at something similar to do movie night at our home.. so far he has purchased a projector to show movies from DVD/Blue Ray on the wall - like movie theater style. Staying warm inside and watching movies .. perfect!! xo HHL
Yes I got so "harassed" by my friend's last week about not posting, I decided I better post something ;o) Its fun again but I seem to run out of subject matter at times :o) Hope all is well with you dear friend, get cozy watching a good movie, its so fun!
:-) WELCOME BACK! :-)
ReplyDeleteNot a popcorn lover... but that popping machine sure is cute as are the bowls.
